We have a 24 hours reschedule and cancelation policy. Sessions are non-refundable.


How to Buy Session Package
Add to Cart your appointment package, fill your information, and make the payment. 

To Schedule Your Appointments
Once you make the payment, you will see “SCHEDULE” tab (you will also receive an email link in case you want to schedule later).
1. Click on “SCHEDULE”
2. Set Time Zone
3. Choosing dates – 
To schedule multiple appointments – When choosing dates, always click on “RECURRING” then click on “CHOOSE ADDITIONAL TIMES” (repeat this process to choose multiple dates at the same time). 
[*Note – number of sessions = number of dates you will be able to choose]
4. Once you see all your dates appear on the page, click “CONTINUE”
To schedule one appointment at a time – Choose your date and click “CONTINUE”
5. Fill all your information and click “COMPLETE”.

*You will receive confirmation emails from Tamraway. If you didn’t receive one, check your spam/junk folder. If you chose Zoom for your session, follow instructions in the confirmation email.
